The rules of the road for using ChessUp · keep it short, use it for chess, follow the App Store and Google Play distribution rules.

1. Acceptance
By installing or using ChessUp ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
2. License
Olib AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on iOS or Android devices you own or control, subject to the App Store and Google Play terms.
3. Purchases
Analysis is a one-time purchase that unlocks coach annotations and unlimited deep analysis. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Apple or Google. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the platform you purchased on, under the App Store or Google Play terms.
4. Acceptable use
Use ChessUp for chess. Don't use it to harass other players in local multiplayer, don't try to reverse-engineer encrypted transport, and don't redistribute the app outside the App Store or Google Play.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Engine evaluations are best-effort and not guarantees of chess outcomes.
